Company Store Instructions Page

Welcome to the Rockwear Company Store - your one-stop shop for all things Rockwear! All company store items are available for purchase by Team Members. You can choose one of the Rockford approved logos to be embroidered on each item you purchase.

Please note: ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON APPAREL. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on apparel items.  Please reference the sizing chart for each garment before ordering to assure an accurate fit.

PAYMENT 

To purchase items for personal use, simply add items to your shopping cart. Please use your personal credit card for payment. 

Rockwear Cash will be assigned to your user ID and will appear in the drop-down payment method during checkout.  Users can click on the My Account Tab to see the amount of Rockwear Cash assigned to them.

SHIPPING

Free shipping to Rockford’s Grand Rapids, Detroit and Florida office locations. If you would like your items shipped elsewhere, a flat $14.99 shipping fee will be applied.

Please note: orders for embroidered shirts and other clothing items will be bundled and submitted three times a month.  Please allow for 3-4 weeks for processing and shipping.
